Success

Sometimes, you just HAVE to rejoice in the little things! I have had a wonderful weekend thanks you my 9 year old Aspie son. He overcame 2 MAJOR obstacles this weekend. First, on Friday, he tied both of his school shoes by himself!!!!! This may sound like something that should have happened 5 years ago, but to us....WOOOOOWHOOOOO!!! Then, Friday night, he camped out ALL NIGHT!!!! For the last 4 years, when we would go on Cub Scout adventures, his anxiety level would increase as the sun's rays would decrease. But, WE CAMPED ALL NIGHT....and he had an AWESOME TIME!!!!!! You have to rejoice in little successes!
