Our eldest son has been greatly blessed this year with a set of very dedicated and understanding teachers. His latin teacher this year was concerned about how other students were treating him. I shared with her how our middle son's 4th grade teacher had presented AS to his fellow students and how it completely turned around their understanding of our son. So she contacted me, along with the school counselor, and we decided to create a way to introduce Asperger's Syndrome to the latin class.
After that session, that was very positive, they decided to reformulate the powerpoint used to introduce AS to teachers. I received permission from them to post the powerpoint on this site.
